Gentle Yoga & Meditation Class
I am offering my Gentle Yoga class every Saturday morning, on Zoom.
The class begins at 9:30 a.m. EDT, but please sign in about 10 minutes early to be sure everything is working properly.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
A yoga mat is always a good start!
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Yoga pants and tank tops are great, but some people do yoga in their PJs.
PROPS: If you have a yoga blanket, two blocks, a strap, and a bolster, great! If you don’t have those things, you can use a towel instead of a blanket. Instead of blocks, you can use two large books. You can use a scarf or a tie instead of a strap, and some firm pillows or cushions instead of a bolster.

On April 16, 2020, I was able to donate $200 to Kennett Area Community Services! Thank you all for your generosity.
On May 5, 2020, my yogis made it possible to donate another $200, bringing our total donations to $400!
On June 10, 2020, our group donated another $200, which means my yogis have donated $600 to Kennett Area Community Services!
